Explore Johnstons of Elgin’s rich history in tweed and cashmere, crafting exquisite luxury products in the world’s finest fibres for over 225 years. Tours available.

Only five minutes onwards, and beginning one of Scotland’s best whisky tours, we’ll pop by Gordon & MacPhail whisky heritage centre and shop with its extraordinary selection of over 1000 single malt whiskies.

Perhaps some in your group might prefer a tour of Johnstons of Elgin whilst others immerse themselves in the Gordon & MacPhail whisky experience (they’re only 5 minutes apart).

Then off to explore Strathspey!

Enjoy the beautiful Strathspey scenery unfolding before us as we make our way gradually alongside the River Spey.

Take the “Dram Tram” Keith – Dufftown heritage railway (weekends only)

Experience the magnificent views of the River Spey and the Cairngorm Mountains from The Strathspey Steam Railway between Aviemore and Nethy Bridge (Broomhill).

Fancy one more dram on the way back to Inverness; how about we pop in to The Tomatin Distillery just a few miles south of Inverness on our way home…

Suitable for up to seven people, travelling in our comfortable premium vehicle, this tour takes approximately 8 or 9 hours. Pick up (and drop off) will be from your accommodation; anywhere near Inverness or Elgin. The tour costs £600 (including all taxes) for the day. Please note that entry fees for any attractions / visitor experiences are not included.
